Returns & Refunds Policy

At Elegant Infusions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened tea packages or containers
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items marked as final sale


Scented and Fragrance-Based Products

For reasons of hygiene and product integrity, we do not accept returns or exchanges for scented or fragrance-based items (including but not limited to soaps, creams, deodorant, facemasks, incense, candles, or oils) where the reason for return relates solely to personal preference regarding the scent or fragrance.

Returns will only be accepted where the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please ensure you are familiar with the product description before purchase, as refunds cannot be issued based on individual scent preference.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please:

  1. Email us at info@elegantinfusions.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for our returns authorization email with instructions
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Include your order number and returns authorization number
  5. Ship the item to the address provided in our authorization email

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping Costs

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping costs if the product was damaged in transit or if we sent you the wrong item
  • Change of Mind: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item
  • Non-returnable Items: Shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@elegantinfusions.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • A description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different scent or variety, please return the original item following our returns process and place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. As above, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
